The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping mall, just a 5-7 minute walk away. It is also situated in the central district, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. guests can enjoy the proximity to Tea Story cafe, which operates until 2 am, perfect for late-night cravings or a relaxing evening.
There were occasional issues with the stability and speed of the wifi connection.

Large, clean, cozy room
Nothing but there is a tendency for rooms not ready to be occupied even after 3 pm.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with spacious rooms and attention to detail. The location is convenient, with easy access to the shopping district. The staff provides great service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast at the lobby's tea story is a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious food options, including soya milk.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Clean hotel with recently renovated rooms and new shower facilities. Good furniture condition with tables, cabinets, and a well-maintained mini bar. Close proximity to a shopping mall, within a 5-minute walking distance. Convenient location near a variety of street food options and a 24-hour convenience store. Friendly and helpful staff who are willing to assist with any issues.

I liked the central location with shopping at walking distance, the friendly reception and concierge staff as well as the spacious rooms. The family room was great for a 3-pax friends or family getaway. Free wifi too. Book the hotel transport for your shopping trips so that you are guaranteed of a safe ride back.. not expensive at all. We booked the hotel transport to the ferry terminal too.
There seemed to be a little lingering sewage smell near the lifts at certain times of the day but it didn't really bother us as we were seldom in the rooms.

The moldy smell in the room could be improved.
